Children Watches

1. Reliability of use

1.1 Observe the working and display status of the child's watch, press the function button of the child's watch, and check the working status of each function of the child's watch. Children's watches should not stop running under normal conditions of use, and parts, parts, and components should not fall off on their own;

1.2 The digital display of LCD children's quartz watches and hands, and LCD digital children's quartz watches should be normal, and there should be no missing scratches, ghosting, or no display. Each function key should be flexible and reliable. The digital display of children's smart watches should be normal, and each function key should be flexible and reliable.

2.Vibration resistance

Children's watches should not stop after being tested for vibration resistance, and components should not be loose or damaged. In addition, different types of children

Quartz watches should also meet the following corresponding requirements:

-The amount of change in the instantaneous daily difference before and after the test of the liquid crystal quartz watch for children should comply with the relevant regulations:

-The actual running error before and after the test of pointer-type children's quartz watches and pointer and LCD digital children's quartz watches should not exceed 10 seconds;

- The digital display of LCD children's quartz watches and hands, and LCD digital children's quartz watches should be normal.

3.Waterproof performance

The waterproof performance of children's watches marked with "waterproof" should comply with the regulations of GB/T30106. The display function shall be normal during and after the test.

4.Shockproof performance

The shock-proof performance of children's watches marked with "shockproof" should comply with the requirements for quartz watches in GB/T38022. Children's watches without the "shockproof" mark should not stop after passing the shockproof performance test, the LCD display should be normal, and parts, components, and components should not become loose, fall off, or be damaged.

5.Corrosion resistance

After children's watches undergo corrosion performance tests, there should be no visually visible corrosion points, corrosion deposits or salt precipitation on the surface of the watch case and its accessories.

6.Anti-static performance

LCD children's quartz watches and hands, LCD digital children's quartz watches and children's smart watches should not stop or reset during and after the anti-static performance test. The display and watch operating parts should function normally after the test.

7.Chemical properties

The content of migratory elements, limited plasticizers, nickel release, and harmful substance limits of leather materials in children's watches that can come into contact with the appearance and parts that come into contact with the human body should all comply with relevant requirements.

8.Covering layer adhesion

On the test area of the case or strap of the children's watch, use a ruler and a hard steel scorer with a sharp edge to score a 2mmx2mm square. Apply enough pressure so that the knife can cut through the covering layer to the base material in one go; after that, use a tape that leaves no residual glue and has an adhesive force of 29N/cm~3.3N/cm to dry the covering layer in the test area and be careful Press out the bubbles. After 10 seconds, quickly tear off the tape with force perpendicular to the surface of the dry covering layer, and use a low-power microscope to inspect the surface of the covering layer and the tape surface.

After the adhesion test of children's watch cases and straps with covering layers, there should be no cracks, bubbling, separation, or falling off on the surface of the covering layer.

9.External force resistance of accessories

Make the strap buckle of the children's watch into a ring shape, apply a static pulling force F of 50N to the strap as shown in the figure below and hold it for more than 5 seconds. After the test, check the accessories of the children's watch. After the children's watch has been tested for the external force resistance of the accessories, there should be no parts falling off or cracking at the connection parts of the watch and the strap.

10.Resistant to tensile and torsional fatigue

After the children's watch undergoes the tensile and torsion fatigue test, the watch strap should have no cracks or breaks. The elongation of the plastic strap should not be greater than 3%, and the deformation of the strap buckle hole should not be greater than 50%.

11.Appearance

Under the lighting conditions of maintaining the illumination value of not less than 600lx on the inspection work surface, the inspection shall be carried out at a clear visual distance from the inspector.

- The dial surface of children's watches should be clean, the various character patterns should be accurate and clear, and there should be no obvious defects and blemishes.

-The glass, back cover and inlaid decorative parts of children's watches should fit firmly with the watch case, and there should be no obvious gaps or defects in the connection. The watch glass should be smooth and clear.

-The appearance of children's watches should not have obvious pitting, scratches, burrs, sharp edges and other defects that would affect safe wearing and use. Its design shape should not cause harm to the human body.

-Safety warning signs: Pass visual inspection. Children's watches should have Chinese safety warning signs on the instructions, labels and logos or packaging: the safety warning signs should be eye-catching, easy to read, understandable and difficult to erase: the content of the safety warning signs should be similar to the following:
"Warning! Not suitable for children under 3 years old. Contains small parts."
Warnings about specific hazards should be marked on the packaging or instruction manual of the children's watch.

12.Operating temperature

Children's smart watches should work normally within the operating temperature range of -5°~50°.

13.Static positioning

The static positioning performance of children's smart watches in the hot start state should comply with the requirements in the table below. Among them, the effective positioning rate is the number of effective positioning divided by the total number of static positioning tests: the average distance error is the arithmetic mean of the positioning distance error under effective positioning; the average positioning time is the arithmetic mean of the positioning time under effective positioning.

13.Static positioning

14 calls

Children's smart watches with call functions should have a telecommunications equipment network access permit and a radio transmitting equipment model approval permit.
15Electromagnetic radiation

The local exposure limit of electromagnetic radiation from children's smart watches should comply with the requirements in the table below.
