Ukraine UkrSEPRO certification is carried out by the National Committee for Technical Regulations and Consumer Policy of Ukraine (Держспоживстандарт) and the Ukrainian Customs with the participation of supervision. The certificate is issued by an issuing authority accredited by Держспоживстандарт. The Ukrainian certification is also divided into the Ukrainian technical regulations certificate and the Ukrainian certificate of conformity. The Ukrainian technical regulations certificate is based on Відомості Верховної Ради (ВВР), 2015, № 14, ст.96 “Assessment of Technical and Regulatory Conformity” to regulate product production and guarantee Product quality, and the Ukrainian certificate of conformity according to ДСТУ 3413-96 is divided into: compulsory certification and voluntary certification, certification of domestic and imported products. The UkrSEPRO certification system in Ukraine is supervised by the Ukrainian State Technical Regulations and Consumer Policy Committee (Derzhspozhyvstandard) and the Ukrainian Federal Customs. The certificate is issued by a certification body accredited by Derzhspozhyvstandard.

Single batch – for supply contract and invoice certification, for one contract order; batch certification: 1 year, 2 years, 3 years and 5 years, unlimited export during the validity period.

Scope of compulsory certification in Ukraine
According to the regulations of Ukrainian certification standards, more than 100 kinds of products in Ukraine need the UkrSEPRO compulsory certificate before they can enter Ukraine and sell in the Ukrainian domestic market.
