Russian fire protection certification

The Russian fire certificate (ie fire safety certification) is a GOST fire certificate issued according to the Russian Fire Safety Regulation N123-Ф3 “”Технический регламент о требованиях пожарной безопасности”" on July 22, 2008. The certification is designed to protect human life, health and the safety of citizens’ property from fire. The standard adopts the following main fire protection concepts of regulations: the basic concepts defined in Article 2 of Federal Law No. 184-FZ of December 27, 2002 “On Technical Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as “Federal Technical Regulations”) and December 1994 Basic concepts of Article 1 of the Federal Law of 21 69-FZ “Fire Safety” (hereinafter referred to as “Federal Fire Safety Law”). If the product is a fireproof product, if it is exported to Russia, it needs to obtain a Russian fireproof certificate.

Types and validity of Russian fire certificates

Russian fire certificates can be divided into voluntary certificates and mandatory fire certificates. Validity period: Single batch certificate: Contract and invoice certification for export products, only for this order. Batch certificate: 1-year, 3-year and 5-year terms, can be exported for multiple times in unlimited batches and unlimited quantities within the validity period.

Russian fire certification process

1. Submit the certification application form;
2. Provide the certification scheme according to the application and product description;
3. Guide the preparation of certification materials;
4. Audit the factory or sample testing (if necessary);
5. Institutional audit and issue a draft certificate;
6. Draft After confirmation, the certificate is issued, and the electronic version and the original are received.
