Republic of Belarus (RB) Certificate of Conformity, also known as: RB certificate, GOST-B certificate. The certificate is issued by a certification body accredited by the Belarusian Standards and Metrology Certification Committee Gosstandart. The GOST-B (Republic of Belarus (RB) Certificate of Conformity) certificate is a certificate required for Belarusian customs clearance. Mandatory RB products are stipulated in Document No. 35 of July 30, 2004. and added in 2004-2007. These documents contain the mandatory certification scope for customs codes.

Certificate validity period
Belarusian certificates are generally valid for 5 years.
Belarusian exemption letter
Products that are not within the scope of the CU-TR technical regulations of the Customs Union cannot apply for CU-TR certification (EAC), but customs clearance and sales need to prove that the products meet Belarusian requirements, and they need to apply for a Belarusian exemption letter.
