1.Functional and operational testing
Test quantity: 3, at least 1 per model;
Inspection requirements: No defects are allowed;
After completing all required tasks, there should be no functional deficiencies;
2.Stability test (products that need to be assembled before use)
Test quantity: 3, at least 1 per model;
Inspection requirements: No defects are allowed;
The gap between the chair legs and the ground shall not exceed 5mm;
3.Static testing of chair back strength (functional load and safety load)
Test quantity: 1 for functional load and 1 for safety load (a total of 2 per model)
Inspection requirements:
functional load
*No defects are allowed;
*No structural damage or functional deficiency;
Safe load
*There is no sudden or serious impact on the integrity of the structure (functional reduction is acceptable);
