3 Safety checks and test checks

4 Appearance inspection
1) Product confirmation inspection, check whether the product is consistent with the sample provided by the customer, product specifications, order information, color box pictures and contents, instructions, etc.

3) Pay attention to the product model, material, and color when inspecting
4) The appearance should not have any bad defects (such as dirt, scratches, burrs, deformation, mixed colors, etc.)
5) Check whether the packaging bag has suffocation warnings and ventilation holes
6) Pay special attention to check that the HEPA or dust bag is not damaged

5 Mechanical structure inspection
1) Check with the handheld camera and then shake to check whether there are any foreign objects or loose assembly (such as screws, nuts, mesons, solder) or loose assembly in the product.
2) Check whether there are obvious gaps and steps in the assembly of each part of the accessories, whether the wrong accessories are installed, whether the accessories are too loose or too tight, etc.
3) Use a plug gauge to check whether the base is flat. Place the product on the glass to see if it shakes. Use a plug gauge to measure the value and record it.
4) Whether the plug type of the power cord and the certification mark match the sales destination country
5) Pay special attention to check whether the dust collector, filter and water tank are easy to install and remove.

4. Function:
