TP TC 032 (Pressure Equipment Certification)

TP TC 032 is a regulation for pressure equipment in the EAC certification of the Russian Federation Customs Union, also called TRCU 032. Pressure equipment products exported to Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and other customs union countries must be CU according to TP TC 032 regulations. -TR certification. On November 18, 2011, the Eurasian Economic Commission decided to implement the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union (TR CU 032/2013) on the Safety of Pressure Equipment, which came into effect on February 1, 2014.

Regulation TP TC 032 establishes uniform mandatory requirements for the implementation of the safety of overpressure equipment in the countries of the Customs Union, with the aim of guaranteeing the use and free circulation of this equipment in the countries of the Customs Union. This technical regulation specifies the safety requirements for pressure equipment in the design and manufacturing process, as well as the equipment identification requirements, aiming to protect human life, health and property safety and prevent behaviors that mislead consumers.

TP TC 032 regulations involve the following types of equipment

1. Pressure vessels;
2. Pressure pipes;
3. Boilers;
4. Pressure-bearing equipment parts (components) and their accessories;
5. Pressure-bearing pipe fittings;
6. Display and Safety protection device.
7. Pressure chambers (except single-person medical pressure chambers)
8. Safety devices and instruments

TP TC 032 regulations do not apply to the following products

1. Mainline pipelines, in-field (in-mine) and local distribution pipelines for the transport of natural gas, oil and other products, except for equipment used in pressure regulating and compression stations.
2. Gas distribution network and gas consumption network.
3. Equipment specially used in the field of atomic energy and equipment working in a radioactive environment.
4. Containers that generate pressure when internal explosion occurs according to the process flow or containers that generate pressure when burning in automatic diffusion high temperature synthesis mode.
5. Special equipment on ships and other underwater floating tools.
6. Braking equipment for locomotives of railways, highways and other modes of transportation.
7. Disposal and other special containers used on aircraft.
8. Defense equipment.
9. Machine parts (pump or turbine casings, steam, hydraulic, internal combustion engine cylinders and air conditioners, compressor cylinders) that are not independent containers. 10. Medical pressure chamber for single use.
11. Equipment with aerosol sprayers.
12. Shells of high-voltage electrical equipment (power distribution cabinets, power distribution mechanisms, transformers and rotating electrical machines).
13. Shells and covers of power transmission system components (power supply cable products and communication cables) working in an overvoltage environment.
14. Equipment made of non-metallic soft (elastic) sheaths.
15. Exhaust or suction muffler.
16. Containers or straws for carbonated beverages.
