1. The CPC certificate must be based on the test results of the third-party testing laboratory recognized by CPSC;
2. The seller issues the CPC certificate, and the third-party laboratory can provide assistance in drafting the CPC certificate;
3. Children’s products must comply with all relevant safety rules and regulations;
4. Information to be included in the CPC certificate:
1) Product information (name and description);
2) All laws and regulations applicable to the product;
3) Manufacturer and US contact information: including name, address and telephone number;
4) The production date and address of the product must be in the month and year, and the address must be in the city;
5) Detection time and address
6) Information of the third party testing institution (laboratory approved by CPSC): name, address and contact number.
Second、 Children’s school supplies are certified by CPC, and CPSC requires test items:
1. Children’s jewelry: ASTM F2923-14, CPSIA, CSPA phthalate and cadmium, and 16CFR 1500.50;
2. Children’s pencil case and pouch: CPSIA, CSPA phthalate and cadmium, and 16CFR 1500.50;
3.Children’s backpack: CPSIA, CSPA phthalate and cadmium, and 16 CFR 1500.50;
4. Cover of children’s books: CPSIA, CSPA phthalate and cadmium;
5. Children’s lunch bag and lunch box: CPSIA, CSPA phthalate and cadmium, and 16 CFR 1500.50;
6 . Children’s toys: ASTM F963-17, and 16CFR 1500.50.
Third、 Amazon children’s product certificate CPC certification process:
1. Fill in the application form (provided by our company);
2. Provide product information;
3. Send samples;
4. Test passed;
5.Report+certificate (factory seal).
