II. Functional rapid testing
1. Pull rod operation test
Pull the tension rod continuously 10-15 times to check if the expansion and contraction are smooth.
2. Wheel rotation test
(1) Place the empty container flat and manually rotate each wheel to observe if it is flexible.
(2) Push the box to walk in a straight line for 5 meters and check for any deviation or abnormal noise.
3. Lock function test
(1) Repeatedly open and close the TSA password lock 5 times to test the password reset and key unlock functions.
(2) Check if the locking tongue rebounds properly.
4. Zipper opening and closing test
(1) Quickly open and close the zipper 10 times, check if the zipper head has come off or skipped teeth.
(2) Observe whether the zipper is aligned after closing, and there is no risk of bursting open.
5. Load bearing test of handle
(1) Load a load of 10-15 kg and suspend the handheld box for 10 seconds.
(2) Check if the handle stitching is cracked or deformed.
III. Load and Mobility Testing
1. Load bearing push-pull test
(1) Load the rated weight and push it 10 meters on a flat surface.
(2) Suddenly turn or brake, test the stability of the wheels.
2. Simple drop test
(1) The empty container falls from a height of 50cm onto a hard surface.
(2) Check if the corners of the box are cracked and if the locks are malfunctioning.
IV. Packaging and accessory inspection
1. The outer box has no indentation or damage, and the sealing tape is tightly attached.
2. Dust bags, warranty cards, TSA keys and other accessories are complete.
3. Verify that the model, size, and material labels are consistent with the order and there are no errors or omissions in printing or pasting.
