I. Six core reasons for container rejection:

1. The product quality does not meet the contract requirements

2. Product safety and compliance issues

3. Packaging and labeling defects

4. Inconsistencies between documents and certificates

5. The quantity does not match the specifications

6. Damage during transportation

II. TTS-Third party inspection: the ultimate solution to prevent container rejection

1.Pre Shipment Inspection

Final inspection shall be conducted before the completion of production and packing of goods:

sampling shall be carried out according to international standards (ISO 2859-1) to check whether the product specifications, functions, appearance, packaging, labeling, etc. meet the requirements and verify the completeness of documents.

2.Container Loading Supervision

The inspector supervises the entire process of container loading on site:

(1) Ensuring the correct loading of goods, reasonable reinforcement, and avoiding mixed loading;

(2) Record container number and lead seal number;

(3)Shoot a video/Photos of the container loading process.

3.Laboratory Testing

Conduct professional testing through CNAS/CMA certified laboratories, including material composition analysis, safety performance testing, and environmental compliance verification.
