1. Inspection requirements for various lamps

(1) Requirements and basic requirements for inner and outer boxes:

(2) Aluminum die-casting lamp:

The following are the basic inspection requirements for aluminum die-casting lamps:

1. Dimensions, weight, smooth surface, no scratches, color consistent with the contract. There is no peeling phenomenon in the surface treatment. A strict scratch test is required.

2. All parts of the lamp, up and down, fit together, and should be good. The appearance should be free of flash, burrs, large depressions and stamping. Can meet the contract requirements of IP level.

3. The screws used are all national standard. Generally exposed to stainless steel. For example, the aluminum cover of the high chandelier lock is a large head screw, and there are many varieties of screw threads, which should be reasonably matched according to various lamps. Fixed ballasts must have large tooth pads. The paint layer needs to be pierced. Make a good ground path.

4. The punched parts for outdoor lights are electrical boards and brackets, according to the requirements of various lamps, such as ordinary 400W lights, brackets with a thickness of 3mm and a width of 40mm, and electrical boards of 1mm, with white zinc or galvanized plates.

5. Lamps installed with electrical appliances are generally made of silicone wire. The wire diameters are consistent, L is brown and red, N is blue, grounding, yellow and green (and grounding symbols), the terminals must be tightened, and the wiring is correct. The grounding screw ribbon flower pad (strictly requires power-on test and high-voltage test) is clearly indicated at the incoming line.

6. With electrical lights, internal and external temperature and IP tests are required. The temperature is the normal value inside and outside, and the tempered glass can be tested. IP test.

8. The sealing ring includes temperature-resistant rubber, temperature-resistant silicone, foamed silicone, wire plugs, etc. Inspection according to contract requirements.

(3) Plastic lamps

Plastic materials are widely used, but most of them are ABC, PC, and acrylic used in lamps. In the application, the new material is the first-class material, and most of it is the first-class return material. During the inspection, the goods should be strictly inspected according to the contract.

1. Lampshade: smooth surface, no scratches, patterning, small feeding hole is better. The feeding hole of a good product is not obvious, the higher the transparency, the better, the brown color is inferior, and the blue color is inferior. Such as new material, pure chromaticity, fully transparent, if there is a pattern, the stripes should be clear, and there is no broken or excessive phenomenon. The size is exactly the same as the bottom case, horizontal and straight. Weight, etc. are in line with the requirements. Such as PC, it will not be damaged by stepping on it.

2. The bottom of the lamp, weight, and size are in accordance with the contract. Can be matched with the cover. The exterior color matches the contract. Bright, no scratches, other components are reasonable, and there can be no large plastic prints. There is no pinhole phenomenon. There should be no cracking and powder return at the installation screw.

3. The electrical board shall be in accordance with the contract requirements, thickness, hole position, plastic spraying, etc. All requirements are reasonable, no ash, fingerprints. There is a clear indication of the incoming line at the incoming line. The inner and outer packaging is the same as other lamps, and the electrical appliances are installed according to the contract requirements. The wire diameter and wiring color used meet the required requirements and are the same as the lamps and lanterns. According to the requirements of the contract inspection, the installation of emergency power supply must be reasonable and can be used repeatedly. The battery is securely installed and should be disconnected from the power supply when shipped.

2. Lamp inspection standard

(1) Appearance inspection:

1. Inspection of electroplating:

A. The plating color should be uniform (refer to the sample), and there should be no obvious color difference.

B. There should be no scratches, sand grains, acid spitting, sand marks, pinholes, pitting, blistering, peeling, whitening, rust spots, black spots, obvious flow paint, welding scars, etc. on the electroplating surface.

C. The brightness should be close to the requirements of the mirror surface, and there should be no white fog phenomenon.

D. The surface should be smooth without roughness (handfeel).

E. There should be no obvious black, dirty and oxidized on the inside of the product.

F. There should be no slight scratches when rubbed with white gloves.

G. Electroplating wire teeth should be good, there should be no deformation, and they can be easily locked in and out.

H. Both adhesion test and hardness test must be passed.

2. Inspection of baking paint:

A. Refer to the sample, the lamp body should not have obvious color difference and gloss difference, the overall color should be consistent, and there should be no obvious difference.

B. There shall be no leakage of paint, peeling paint, sand, peeling, scratches, blistering and abrasions.

C. The spray paint should be uniform and smooth, and there should be no scarring or flow of paint.

D. The boundaries of the spray paint shall not overflow and cause other undesirable situations.

E. There must be no rust on the inner surface.

F, shall not be deformed or desoldered.

G. Both adhesion test and hardness test must be passed.

H. The hand-painted paint should have a sense of hierarchy.

(2) Inspection of the structure:

1. The error between the size of the lamp body and the data is ±1/2 inch. The parts conform to the engineering parts list and must not be omitted.

2. After assembly, the structure should be fastened, and there should be no looseness. After visual inspection, it should be at the same level, and there should be no skew.

3. The stalls of single chandeliers with event festivals must be valid.

4. The sling, the force-bearing tooth tube and each force-bearing part should be able to bear enough heavy force.

5. According to the above regulations, if the lamp weight exceeds 5.5KG, the crystal ring should be used instead. The European rules require that the ground wire be tested.

(3) Inspection of safety functions:

1. 100% high voltage and polarity test. Continuity test. European rules require ground wire continuity test.

2. If the chandelier has a switch, if the switch is pulled, it should make a sound and not automatically return. And the positive pole must pass through the switch, and test the switch function.

3. The lighting test must be carried out.

4. The material of the lamp head should be correct, and there should be no damage, scratches, defects, and exposed copper wires.

5. The lamp head is positive, the color plate must be clearly marked, the shrapnel must not be oxidized, and the elasticity must be good, not loose, and not in poor contact with the bulb.

6. The wires should not be broken, oxidized, and the printed fonts should not be wiped off by hand.

7. The positive and negative poles of the wires should be correct, and there should be no stains.

8. The wire specification is determined according to the customer’s request and the required wattage. The length and outlet are according to the customer’s request.

9. The general wire should match the color of the lamp body, and the ground wire should also match the lamp body (if the customer has special requirements, it must be according to the customer’s requirements).

(4) Inspection of glass:

1. Specifications and materials must not be wrong.

2. The glass color, processing color, glass thickness and surface treatment cannot be wrong.

3. No cracks, cracks, smashing, broken edges or hand cutting.

4. There must be no missing corners, watermarks, mold marks, pitting, black spots, crooked decals, light leakage, trachoma, scratches, bubbles, uneven acid bite, uneven size of bubbles in clear bubble glass, uneven processing sandblasting uniform phenomenon.

5. All inner boxes need to protect the glass.

6. The specific details are based on the glass quality inspection work instructions.

(5) Inspection of labels:

1. Wipe with a cotton cloth dipped in water for 15 seconds, the words are not blurred.

2. The label size should be correct, and the font size and model should not have errors.

3. Don’t misuse or miss the label, and don’t stick it in the wrong place.

4. The stickiness of the label is better, and there should be no random rolling or falling off. There should be no contamination.

5. The label material is better, and the use of self-adhesive must ensure fireproof and waterproof.

(6) Inspection of parts package:

1. Whether the plastic bags used are printed with warnings and ventilated.

2. Whether the packaged parts are complete, and no wrong or missing parts should be installed.

3. The language of the manual, the content must not be wrong. The paper quality is better, and the printing effect is better.

(7) Inspection of packaging:

1. The paper must be correct, and the packaging used must pass the drop test.

2. The printed content of the outer packaging must not be wrong, including positive, side label, order number, net weight, gross weight, model number, material, box number, machine diagram, place of origin, company name, address, fragile label, direction label, moisture-proof label; the color of the printed font should be correct, the handwriting and pattern should be clear, and there should be no ghosting phenomenon. The whole batch should conform to the color of the swatch, and there should be no obvious color difference in the whole batch.

3. The size should be within the tolerance of length*width*height>±1/4 inch, the line should be pressed, and there should be no incompatibility to ensure that the material is accurate.

4. The computer barcode must meet the requirements and be clear by scanning to be OK.
