On-site testing (on-site verification where applicable)

1. Actual functional testing

Sample quantity: 5 samples, at least one sample for each style

Inspection requirements: No non-compliance is allowed.

Test Methods:

1). For the eraser, erase the pencil drawn lines clearly.

2). For the glue stick, glue it up and down for 10 cycles to confirm its reliability, and glue two pieces of paper. The result should be satisfactory.

3). On the tape, pull out 20 inches of tape and cut it, it should provide a smooth tape on the core with no binding or twisting and no dragging, also check its adhesion ability during this time .

4). For the magnet, place it on the vertical steel plate and it should not separate after 1 hour.

5). For the seal, the pattern printed on the ink paper and the seal on the paper should be clear and complete.

2. Complete length test: (only applicable to tape)

Sample quantity: 5 samples, at least one sample for each style

Inspection requirements: must meet the requirements

Test Method: Fully extend the tape, measure and report the entire length.

3. Binding durability test

Sample quantity: 3 samples, at least one sample for each style

Inspection requirements: No non-compliance is allowed.

Must be able to staple 20 sheets of paper (or the specified maximum number of sheets, the type of paper is as required)
Does not tear paper during attachment, handling or removal
After testing the stapler 10 times, it must not fail.

Test Methods:

Staple 20 pages (or required paper, cardboard, if applicable) and staple the paper 10 times.
NOTE: Stapler or stapler should be provided by the factory.
